Mixed berries ice cream

Handmade using fresh strawberries, blackberries and raspberries. With the milk added, it would give the ice cream a creamy texture and also balance out the sweetness and fruitiness from the berries, making it an enjoyable cone.

Macarons

-Shell-

Our macaron shells are handmade from scratch using organic eggs and natural food colouring obtained from berries. We also use stevia, which is a type of calorie-free sugar, for both the shell and cream of the macaron.

-Cream filling-

Our cream filling contains fruit bits, hence a new batch of cream is made daily to preserve the freshness of the fruit bits. The blend of flavour between the fruit and milk makes the cream tasty even on its own.

The combination of the slightly sweet and light soft shell, the smooth cream and the slightly crunchy and juicy fruit bits would make you keep wanting more.
